Incredible food. All beautiful, local produce, explained in thorough detail by the co-owner. Complex flavours. Lamb was elegantly succulent, while still with the ruggedness of a lamb chop. Scallops were juicy and fresh. The homemade foie gras was amazingly rich in flavour. Wine recommendations and a service was 10/10

Amazing food and very friendly staff. Probably the best scallops I have ever tried and risotto was absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef!

Unassuming bistro filled with locals, we went here at the recommendation of our Mont Saint-Michel tour guide. Blew us both away. Better than any meal we had in Paris the last 3 nights. The local lamb, home made foie gras, and the side dish of sliced potatoes and garlic were the best I've ever had of those items. Run by a husband (front of house) and wife (chef), this is a must visit. Also had a great wine list and wine was served at perfect temperature which is something you don't see at small restaurants in small towns in France.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at le sillon de Bretagne, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the ambiance to the service, every aspect was thoughtfully curated, but the stars of the evening were undoubtedly the lamb and the lemon meringue tart. The lamb was a masterpiece. Perfectly cooked to a tender, melt-in-your-mouth consistency, it was rich and flavorful, with a subtle seasoning that let the meat's natural taste shine. The dish was paired beautifully with a side that complemented the lamb without overwhelming it. Each bite felt both luxurious and comforting—a true testament to the chef's skill. Then came dessert: a lemon meringue tart that was, simply put, a work of art. The tart had a crisp, buttery crust that gave way to a smooth and tangy lemon filling. Topped with a perfectly toasted meringue, it struck an impeccable balance between sweet and sour. It was light yet satisfying, and each spoonful was a burst of refreshing flavor. Overall, de sillon de bretagne exceeded my expectations with its outstanding dishes and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal, especially if you're a fan of expertly prepared lamb and exquisite desserts. Thanks for this amazing experience!
